Resident Card (fee is paid annually via property tax)

Persons 16 years or older residing within the village boundaries of the Glen Carbon Centennial Library are eligible for a three year (3-year) term library card.

Residents are required to furnish two forms of current address verification

The following are examples of proof of residency:

a. Driver's License
b. Utility Bill
c. Voter's Registration Card
